Terms & Membership Policy

Memberships
- Billed monthly to your card, per vehicle, until you cancel.
- Each paid billing cycle issues your plan's visit credits for THIS vehicle only.
- Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle - no rollover, no stacking, no saving up visits.
- Credits can't be transferred to another vehicle or person.
- A credit is used only when a service is completed. Cancelled-in-time appointments return the credit.
- If a payment fails, no new credits are issued until it succeeds.
- To cancel or change your plan, call or text (469) 379-2881. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle; payments already made are not refunded or prorated.
Membership prices are listed per vehicle per month. Your membership renews automatically each month on your billing date and your card on file is charged through Stripe until the membership is cancelled. If a renewal payment fails we will notify you; your membership may be suspended and no new visit credits are issued until payment succeeds.
One-time details
One-time interior and exterior details start at the listed price for your vehicle type. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size and condition; we will tell you before performing any work that changes the price. Appointments can be changed or cancelled online up to the cutoff shown in your account, or by calling or texting (469) 379-2881.
Service location
You agree that we may perform the service at the address you provide and that you have permission to have mobile detailing performed there.
Weather
We may reschedule if weather makes service unsafe or would undo the work.
